Life at WGSN
Our global brand days are jam-packed and exciting, filled with updates, insightful presentations, team-building activities, and a chance for colleagues from different teams to connect.
At WGSN, we believe in giving back, and our recent charity days are a testament to that. Our chosen beneficiary for 2025 was the Future Makers programme in support of the Blossom Academy in Ghana, which aims to empower students in their personal and professional development. We’ve had everything from (highly competitive!) bake-offs to dress-up and golf days, raising thousands in the process. But these events were not just about raising money – they were about coming together as a community and making a real difference.
We like nothing more than bringing WGSN to life and connecting with our community. In the past 12 months, our CEO, Carla, has hosted and spoken at events in Brazil, China, the US and Dubai to name just a few, while our Creative Intelligence and Forecasting teams have held Trendtalks and WGSN Futures events everywhere from Sao Paulo to Singapore, Brazil to Barcelona and everywhere in-between. Our FOCUS Awards celebrate the incredible individuals and teams who make our company great. It’s a chance for us to recognise outstanding contributions and dedication.
